Christine is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in commercial real estate sales and more than 20 years as a real estate developer. Her expertise spans the gamut of residential, multifamily, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developments, and community economic development. She represents a broad spectrum of clients, including individual investors, mid-sized developers, corporate investors, and nonprofit organizations. She is also able to assist her clients with public financing applications when the client and project are appropriate. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Studies and a Masters degree in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California.

Her mission is to help her clients assess and achieve their real estate objectives while fostering vibrant, sustainable communities throughout Southern California. For her, success is the fulfillment of her clients’ and partners’ development and financial goals—whether through the creation of high-quality housing, neighborhood retail, or essential community services. Guided by the mantra "start with the end in mind," she focuses on creating functional, service-driven environments that are also financially sound. Her extensive development experience encompasses acquisition, predevelopment, financing, construction, and lease-up, resulting in the successful completion of approximately 1,500 multifamily units.
